Your Mission


As a Mid-Level SRE, you’ll own the reliability, availability, and performance of our production systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that ensure operational excellence, scalability, and security across our platform.




What Success Looks Like:


🔧 Deliver Results: Build and maintain highly available systems that meet defined SLAs and reduce incident frequency/severity.

🚀 Drive Innovation: Develop and implement monitoring, alerting, and automation processes that enhance platform reliability and reduce manual intervention.

🤝 Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to proactively prevent outages and performance issues.

📈 Achieve Measurable Impact: Contribute to system and process improvements that reduce incident response time and operational overhead.




What Makes You a Fit:


📌Background and Experience:


  • Experience within the Fintech industry.
  • Proven expertise in production environments.
  • At least 2 years working experience as SRE.


💻 Technical Expertise:


  • Knowledge on how Linux-based OSs manage processes, programs and resources.
  • Solid experience in basic AWS networking, compute, and security services.
  • Knowledge of container-based application deployment.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies and methodologies, i.e. Terraform.
  • Experience with automation and techniques of application deployment.
  • Experience in managing and optimising Kubernetes clusters, including deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting of containerised applications.

What Makes You Stand Out:


🌐 Experience in Back-End Development.

🛡️ Familiarity with security compliance frameworks and how they relate to SRE.

🌍 Engineering Degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications
